Multi-Storefront eCommerce

I led the comprehensive redesign and migration of GymSupply.com and DGSNinja.com to a multi-storefront on BigCommerce. GymSupply.com was moved from a legacy eCommerce platform to a mobile-friendly design, and DGSNinja.com transitioned from Shopify. I migrated products as well as customer and order history as far back as 2017, including products. During the project, DGS Ninja acquired Monstro.ninja, and I facilitated the data migration for this site as well. I spearheaded the visual design and functionality improvements, achieving the following key objectives:

1. Implemented a mobile-friendly design with streamlined categorization and navigation.
2. Added new shopping functions, including digital wallets and upsell/cross-sell features.
3. Improved shipping by integrating motor freight.
4. Consolidated backend management for both websites to control all orders and products.
5. Expanded onto other marketplaces.

All of this was accomplished within a span of 3 months.
