Project Details

I migrated DGSNinja.com from Shopify to BigCommerce as the secondary storefront in a multi-storefront setup. This redesign included restructuring the navigation with more categories and implementing a mega menu for the equipment category. During the project, DGS Ninja acquired Monstro.ninja, and I facilitated the migration of data for this site into the new DGS Ninja website. Key features added were:

  1. "Shop by level" function with product tagging for difficulty levels, prominently displayed above prices, in product descriptions, and as product filters.
  2. Aligning the website with the parent site, GymSupply.com, to match information pages and footer links.
  3. Adding digital wallets and ACH payments.
  4. Implementing a chatbot with AI features.
  5. Introducing wholesale price groups for distributors.

All these enhancements created a cohesive, user-friendly, and feature-rich online shopping experience.
